Maybe we should considering a minimum forum membership duration or amount of posts resp. activity on future exchanges. I know other forum exchange projects where they had issues with unknown new members.

That already is a rule. Members of the exchange usually vote to see if they’ll allow a newish forum member that asked to join. All our participants this year have been members for a year or more.

Ok, thought there was such a rule but couldn't find it on a quick review of the first posts in the first exchange thread.
