Sjeng's Equipment/Artifact Cards on ebay

This is more of a question at the moment, but as I was perusing ebay for heroquest stuff, I stumbled across these:

Both of these appear to be nearly identical to Sjeng's cards. Seems like a bit of color has been added, and I think the font changed on the artifact cards.
Is this guy stealin' Ye Olde Inn content, printing it, and selling it on ebay?
I know the stuff is free to use, but it's free to use for personal use only.
Want to know what you guys think, and I figured this would be the place to ask.

The vast majority of those cards look to be from the official expansions, just with some crappy colour added in some places for unknown reasons.
There are a few cards that I think were created here at the Inn though.

Sjeng was making almost the original card deck, with very few exceptions.

That's a well known plague, people stealing free content from HQ forums and selling them on their own.
I also hate the fact they colored the cards in that way, so some cards are b/w while others a are colored with different styles that doesn't match the game style.
