I've been trying out various recipes for the material but the end product always stinks.
I can't send it over to England like that...

I just got my barbarian pack and I gotta say I do like the minis. Quality and detail are both nice. The female barb is very frigid.

I actually once tried to make a dungeon cace. I used the "Textured Rolling Pins" from Green Stuff World (lend them from a friend" to make floors and walls of black fondant icing wich I then "drybrushed" with white food color powder. For the walls I covered rectangular cookies with the fondant. Turned out fine, but at the end I only managed to get three "rooms" = pieces of cake ready. I had planned to do edible minis fot this, too, but in the end I used some surplus plastic orcs to decorate it.

I still think there is a (small) market for this. I'm thinking about the best material. Probably chocolate.
