This is cast in resin, so a lot lighter than Dwarven Forge. Simpler too, but with a nice paintjob you can turn this into some awesome terrain.

Actually it isn't a lot less once you break down what you are paying per set (and what extras come with the DF set right now.) A lot of the extras deals are nice since you can menu option exactly the pieces you want.

Unfortunately for me, this new deal is a Memphis company...I almost feel obligated to help them out even if I don't need their stuff!

I'm also very tempted, but I just know my wife will kill me. I better start making my own 3D dungeons with all that polystyrene I saved up to kill my urge to buy this stuff :P
I might get some of those optional dressings though. Tombs and chests, barrels and crates.

How do you seal the polystyrene so you can paint it? Primer seems to melt it.

I'll see if I have some better online somewhere

First couple are dark because they were in show lighting conditions. Second two were full light, and during construction.

Hey Miksang I feel your Pain, I'm also in Newfoundland, shipping is always the worst here. I find it especially bad for kickstarter's so it makes it hard to get behind some projects that I would really want to.
