Chaos dwarves?

Hi! Carlos from Spain here. First post!

I recently took my old HQ out of the bottom of the closet where it had been sitting in silence for, well, decades, and decided it was time to get it painted. I was lucky enough when I was a kid to get all the expansions released in Europe except for the Wizards of Morcar so I've been enjoying it quite a bit again with my younger brothers

So I'm in the process of expanding it a bit more and I got 4 generic warriors and 4 "Blunderbuss" (or something) 3D-printed, and I'd like to find something I can use as HeroScribe icons for them. I found this pic on Reddit and I would like something similar, but I guess I'd need to versions, perhaps one generic and one with a fire/gun icon...



I'm in a similar situation with Beastmen. I downloadeda HeroScribe icon pack but it features bestigors or ungors or whatever the name is, and they don't really look like the old, generic ones I got printed (beastmen with spears and beastmen with bows, from BattleMasters)...

So yeah... Any help would be appreciated!

The icon pack has the beastman icon from BattleMasters. There's also the option to add a weapon icon to the monster icons that are on the map so you could add a bow or a spear. As for the Dwarf icon you showed, I don't know where that one came from. The HeroScribe that is in my link has some custom icons people on this site made, and there is one called "HQ25 Chaos Dwarf" that you could look at to see if you like it.

You mean this one? I was looking for something reminiscent of the classic "big hats"... I may try design one myself in Illustrator or something.


I just found the BattleMasters beastmen icon, thanks! I'd prefer a front face icon, but that works

That's the one I was referring to. I've never seen the icon you posted about so I don't know where it is from.

Those look really good. Unfortunately, the whole process of getting the icons to import into HeroScribe correctly can be a pain as the original process uses outdated code. I believe Anderas and whitebeard both have gotten new icons to successfully import, so if you have issues getting them to work you might want to contact them.

Well I'm tracing them in Illustrator from original GW art and I'm no expert so... I'll do my best

However, I managed to find this one (from my first post) which, at the right size, works fine for quests
