Art for Dragon Bounty Boardgame

Postby torilen » Friday July 7th, 2017 10:39am

Hi All,
I have posted a sneak peek of a new boardgame I plan to start selling soon: Dragon Bounty.
The link for that thread is here:

viewtopic.php?f=49&t=3887&p=79534#p79534

I was wondering if anyone would be willing and able to help out with my game board. As you can see,
it is very basic and not very pretty. See an example here:

I am not really even sure how this could be turned into something more artistic. I would want the design
and setup very similar to what is shown in the picture, just prettier...maybe a little bit of art and design
in the background, too? Not sure. I would want it somewhat comic-like...think art similar to the Munchkin
card game and board game.

Now, realize...this game WILL be going up for commercial purposes. I would be willing to work out a deal
with anyone who is willing and able to do some art for this. I have been thinking about starting a kickstarter,
as well, to raise money to pay an artist. I am hesitant to do that, as it is a lot of organizing and promising
and such...just a little uncomfortable with the whole thing. (That's why I never did a kickstarter for my
Questing Heroes game.)

Any way - if someone is interested, comment here and I'll get with you and see what can be worked out.

Thanks
Matthew
