SirDionysDobermann wrote:Do you want the whole website to be translated into German, buttons and all (for example for visitors who only read and write in German)?

That is the long-term goal. We already have the entire Website completely translated into Italian thanks to Derfel Link. Many pages in several other languages have also been completed.

SirDionysDobermann wrote:Or do you need scans of the German booklets and game parts?

There are a few things that are still needed, but I am not sure what at the moment. I have lots of scans to go through and get online still and won't know for sure until I'm near finished them all.

SirDionysDobermann wrote:what is a "single group quest"?

This would be one Quest designed for all four Heroes to play, that isn't part of a story that spans more than the one Quest. Basically, it's on its own and not part of a Quest Pack or series.

Thank you for the help. I believe I have all of these translations complete on the respective pages. |_P

Hello drathe,

Thanks for the explanation! I am going to try to send some more translations to-day, still working my way down that list of yours.

Are there still translations needed? I'm a native German speaker and might help out.

There's still tonnes of translations needed. We don't expect a single person to translate everything, or anything, but all help is appreciated. There is a list in the first post of this thread of the words and links to the Webpages that need translations. Items with " Translation Complete √ " beside them are complete. Everything else has yet to be done. If you have some time and would like to translate a page, we thank you. Please post your translations in this thread.

I continue in SirDionysDoberman's style:

Link buttons:

Mage of the Mirror
>

Magier des Spiegels

The Frozen Horror
>

Der gefrorene Schrecken

I suggest to leave both the "Mage of the Mirror" and the "The Frozen Horror" in English, as they were never released in German. And i'm not really content with the literal translation^^

Thanks for the translations. I've applied them to the link buttons and kept the Mage of the Mirror, Frozen Horror and Adventure Design Kit in English. No one seems to know for sure if there's been an Adventure Design Kit in German, but the consensus has been no thus far. I'll keep the translations on file as those packs may one day themselves be translated.

Thanks Loretome!

by=von has been applied to all German pages.
As all the cards on the card page are currently in English, I've added (Englisch) beside the titles. If in future the cards are translated, the tag can be removed.

By=von isn't always right, e.g.: "struck by lightning" = "vom Blitz getroffen" or "by accident" = "durch Zufall". It's right if you want to express that someone/something created sth (like the custom character cards or combat cards), is the author of sth ("It" by Stephen King) and things like that. I don't want to be a smartass, just trying to prevent mistakes;)
