Reverse Hero's Quest(Think a Dungeon Keeper)

I don't really love Heroquest the Game, but I do love the production value. It's incredible. And I want to use it. I have collected everything for it so far(aside from the god damned guardian knights!!!)
I'll be sharing rules soon, but basically I'm writing a modification of my normal RPG, called F&F(Figures and Fantasies) which will use the board, tiles, furniture for players to run a dungeon, grow it slowly, and level up the Dungeon Heart.
