Very nice Figo,

I'm especially digging all the little details such as bits of weapons, armor, skulls, etc. scatterd about the dungeon, between flagstones, and so on. Adds a lot of atmosphere in concert with crumbling walls, braziers, moss, and the like.

This is quickly moving in the direction of a full on Diorama. Too cool.

maj! = Klingon word for "Good". Used in the context of "I approve".

Should I mix the different colour flock before gluing or add the different colours after?

Depends on if you want to highlight one color with a lighter one or if you want different things to be portrayed like moss here and lichen there.
If you wanna highlight the existing moss with a lighter flock, put the glue exactly where you wanna highlight and then flock very very lightly. You can go in "layers".
You can of course also mix different flocks like paints to highlight in steps which should give a brilliant finish, but I don't know if that's necessary.
Don't overdo it, is the main recipe.

No, definitely not.
There's too many possibilites to individualize rooms.
Lichen, dirt of a thousand variants, treasures and garbage strewn about, mosaics and other art on the walls and on the floors, small animals and carcasses, lihgt sources...

LOL

Issue her hero an artifact as a peace offering.

If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.
