Overall, this is the contrary of what I'm aiming for... it looks like Lego in every way, made into a dungeon, I want my board to not look like Lego at all, Lego blocks will only be the underlying construction principle.
But for individual elements such as the "big wall faces" or windows and doors, this line may prove a treasure.

That is actually not a bad idea for 3D board 
I have a huuge box office legos laying around at my parents house so yeah, could actually try this out someday, not in the near future but someday
