It's unclear how you dealt with the two small rooms. Did you just cram the squares closer together?

I put them slightly closer together, but I also put in a rhinner divider at ground level. All other walls are built on top of a tile one inch wide, this wall is built on half an inch tile.

Thanks for your comment QorDaq. Like I said before it's other people enthusiasm, as well as my own that keeps me focused on finishing this long, long project. The time it takes is much more than I'd imagined at the start. I don't think I'd have started it had I known. Although it is something that's been in my head since I was a kid. The more I do it the more I realize it could be never ending as the ideas keep updating.

I just found this thread today and I must say this is an awesome project you got on! Kudos!
I'm planning to do something similar using 4bot Industries molds (I like Hirst Arts better but they are a bit more pricey).
My major concern is the open doors or the secret ones for that matter. I understand the whole "sliding" closed door which can go anywhere desired and I'm down with it. But you can't "open" the door as the wall section would be inbetween. What about that?
My solution - or thought of solution for that matter - is that I won't be having a solid construction of the whole board like yours. I think I should be making a bunch of dungeon tiles with open/closed door section as well or with a wall and start making the "puzzle" as the quest goes. A bit boring I know, but I can't seem to get past around that issue. So it's gonna be like Dwarven forge tiles.
Also, as far as fireplace lights and torches go, I'm gonna try my skills with the following vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHu1CL-XuL0
By the time I saw it, I said "Hey, who cares about sloppy paint job on the flames? Let's get our electrician skills out the box!". Since you're building such an impressive and massive board, I would highly consider that.

It's still early for x-mas. I'm sure you will think of something new.
