I was a bit annoyed too from time to time but I think playing the same game in real face to face must be much better. Hard to really play the doppel in PbP.

If we go back to town, Drax will buy a longsword in exchange of his shortsword. Nameless won't buy anything.

For the next quest (if we keep going on ) I vote for "Glacial gate".

No. Me, I was also annoyed from time to time.
Three days in a row checking in, no updates from your sides, then I forget for three days to check, just to discover that there was an update directly after my last check... no, this quest was like syrup. (sirup?)
