Gold Bearer you are right even after my rule with LOS automatic as long as you are in the same room. But it was doing nothing bad that turn so it is ok after all.

Skull = dead, white shield = success, black shield = join the other side which won't work here. As a bad guy nycto he should have standard chaos spells and that's how you've been using him, you really want to make it easier for them mid-quest?
