What's booze?

Whacky Tabbacky.

That burger was so delicious it was unbelievable. Beernut mixed Beef, Veal and Porc. The sauce I put on it is HIS own invented cheese sauce: bring 1 bottle very dark beer to boil, add ~1.5 cups cream cheese (I use a block of Philadelphia brand from Kraft) - then about the same of the shrpest oldest cheddar you can find. Add shallots, hot peppers to your own taste. must constantly stir it so it doesn't burn. When cheese is all melted it's ready.
That's all I wanted on the burger. Unhealthy? Who cares!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

From what I understand, roadkill is alot healthier meat than the commercial drug laden stuff.

The cool thing is that burger is not at all hard to make! Just buy all 3 meats mix them together with some onions/whatever turns you on in a bowl, and grill 'em up! The cheese sauce is so easy to make! You can put on anything you like on the burger of course! But the secret is as much "Montreal Steak Spice" as you can enjoy; and better to mix it in with the meat instead of sprinkling it on the surface of the patties before grilling...
