Thank you all for your suggestions!

After seeing how big the Frozen Horror is, then looking at his stats, he looks a bit underwhelming. When compared to the Witch Lord, the Witch Lord has the same attack, more defend, and more Mind Points (not that it matters since he is immune to everything except the Spirit Blade), for 2 less BP.

The Frozen Horror may have 6 BP, but his large size and lack of special immunities mean it’s easier for the heroes (and mercenaries) to gain up on him, and likely take him out in one round.

In the EQP both the Giant Wolves and the Revised Ogres are nearly a match for the FH. They may lack the spell casting abilities, but they hit harder and are regular enemies!

For as hard as the FH Quest Pack is supposed to be, it’s a little disappointing the boss seems so lackluster. I guess in this case it’s all about the journey (a very very deadly journey) and not the destination.

Yes I agree completely and will assign 10BP and a double attack skill like the WarBears to make him as ferocious as his mini

I gotta tell you, utter disappointment with this expansion pack. They went through all the trouble of reprinting the original, just replacing key words like "Chaos" with "Dread", adding absolutely no fix to the quest maps or quest book. That one quest where they accidentally use the Sorcerer's Table twice, it's still there. The Yeti problem and Armband if Ice had to lazily be solved in two additional quests that could only be found on line... Even then I have trouble finding the first one.
It's as if whomever was put in charge or reprinting the quest book had absolutely no contact with the the Problem Solving department. It was lazy and uncaring if Hasbro, and although Problem Solve didn't put in that much effort into solving everything, they are least did SOMETHING. But by that point it seemed like they were already mass producing the board game... So all they could do was post the two new quests, how to find the Armband of Ice and mildly address the Yeti problem.

TWO Quests?
I thought there was just Into the Northland's which is a prelude to TFH?
Am I missing one?

Each online quest is numbered in the order they are released (1 was released before 0, which is why 0 was numbered that way) so the quest number doesn’t really mean anything.

Online Quest 0 is meant to be an alternate beginning to the Game System.
Online Quest 1 is a bridge between the GS and Kellar’s Keep.
Online Quest 2 is a new introduction to The Frozen Horror.

Yeah sorry, I got confused. SirRick and JackieX seemed to have cleared it up. I was unaware of New Beginnings and Foresaken Tunnels. I therefore thought there was a prelude to Into the Northland's that might explain how the Barbarian came across Snowdasher. I also dared to hope that the new cards accompanying this Quest would be incorporated into the Frozen Horror quest pack. I guess I just hoped Hasbro would've put in a little bit of effort on this one. I have very little hope for Mage of the Mirror now.

At GenCon (I wasn't there myself), Avalon Hill was cool... they gave away printed copies of the Into the Northlands sheet (including the cards that could be cut out) to attendees at their booth.

Apparently people printing the PDF have said the cards don't line up properly (if printing on both sides using the raw PDF), but you could always snip the images and resize/arrange them yourself. Not sure what kind of paper those give-aways were on, though somebody was trying to sell them for $50 (!!!) on ebay at one point. yikes

With the disappearance of the Avalon Hill HeroQuest Pulse page (the original pledge drive page simply redirects to the Shop Pulse now with a redesigned HeroQuest layout), some have been saying they were having trouble finding Rogar's Hall (which was released during the pledge campaign, before the numbering system was adopted with the Doug Hopkins quests).
