Just saw the great cards. That Tempest Sword image is just beautiful. Giving these Quests some much love is really commendable.

Did you get around to making the English version of these cards Dante?

Yes.. I already did. But since this post is a bit old I didn't want to publish the new stuff step by step but prefer to wait and release all the stuff at the same time; I think it will be much more appreciated. Infact the cover for the questbook is also a work in progress and almost finished. But my friend is busy with his own stuff and he works on the cover only in the free time.

Is your artist friend who is working on the cover the same guy who you commissioned to sculpt Sir Ragnar, Mentor & the WL?

It's impressive stuff either way.

No, they are 3 different guys:
the Witch Lord is sculpted by Fabio Rizzo (commissioned by me);
Sir Ragnar and Mentor are sculpted by Marco Partenzi (on his own, not my commission);
while the cards and the cover for Attack on the Sleep Wizard are paunted by Luis Octavio, from Brazil.
and here is a small preview (you can see the Barbarian holding the Magic Horn in his left hand while the Wizard is wearing his second outfit, white with flames):

This looks great. I hope it's ready soon as I will be playing this quest with my brother when we go to France in June. I've linked it to 'Creature Hunt' which we will also hopefully play. 'Sleep Wizard' first, but when the Heroes defeat him, they discover he has used his powers to awaken an ancient beast.

These are not poweful quests, so it will be a weaker party: Deiter von Lubrecht (Imperial Noble), William McBride (Ranger), and Vorishilov the Vanquisher (Wizard), along with a few Halfling archer and pitchfork wielding peasant henchmen.

I remember the idea of linking the two questpacks and I liked it. But most of the users preferred to be more close to the original.
I am re-working the Italian version adding some sleep spells for Lengrati and special sleep-traps (some kind of Death Myst) and probably will link the end to the Slumbering Monster story as you sayd.
That's probably why he owned the Magic Horn, he used it to awake the creature...

Purple, top right.
Purple mist is a theme in this quest, and purple was the colour of the WoM.
