Hey posting this on the off chance anyone in the Central time zone wants to join a Zoom game with us. I could play anytime Friday and/or Saturday morning or late evening.

Last Game played: Sept 4, 2021.

If you have the basic HQ game system, or even just dice and pencil/paper that should be enough. NA rules (with some simple homebrews as well).

November looks to be less busy for me so far. IF people want to, we can even record the sessions and post on the Twitter stream (again, if all participants agree).

Edit: As July 2022 sees Zoom going back to it's old limitations (3 users, 40 minutes at a time, or you can pay the annual fee for unlimited, though you can start multiple sessions), I have long since switched to streaming games live on Twitch (http://www.twitch.tv/heroquestfans) and using the HeroQuestFans Discord to talk in Voice Channel "Quest Talk" with players... and the videos then get uploaded 24 hours later onto Youtube. It was fun while it lasted, but the new system I think works better overall and will always be free!

I should be up for a game tomorrow! I probably won't have as long as the first session we had … but that was our first, working out bugs in the camera, etc. That's all sorted now.

Nice. Yeah, a full blown quest takes 1-2 hours if we don't dilly dally (even shorter if it's a solo quest, not saying we have to do one of course, depends on who shows up!).

We had a revamped Trial since … I've never actually played through it (we played a first edition UK game when I was a kid—I didn't own the game myself…) and changing it up a bit because I'm like probably the only one who HASN'T played it, so worth remixing a bit.

Everybody's still alive, despite a TERRIFYING orc who couldn't hit the broad side of a barn from the inside. But we haven't found Verag yet.
