Just for a couple days last week where I am. Back up to 10ºC now and everything has melted away.

wow, here I was thinking, hey! drathe lives in Canada! and then I check google maps. Wow. Might have just as well been living on the other side of the world xD
Canada is so big, and if I'm not mistaken, full of wild nature no-mans-land middle of nowhere, right? Never really realized that. Huge country but relatively small populated areas?

Yeah, I'm not sure where Canada stands in terms of population/land mass when compared to other countries. We're roughly the same size in land mass as the U.S. but have roughly 1/10th of the population. So yeah a lot of no mans land. Furthermore, about 80% of the population lives urban.

Note: It just started snowing here 2 hours ago! stoked! I've had many winters in Victoria, BC where it never snows. This is quite exceptional for Canada.

Land Mass: 2nd behind only Russia (excluding Antarctica, which is not a country); 250 times the size of the Netherlands
Population: not enough to mention a rank (35,000,000); only twice the population of the Netherlands

Wow, that's quite a large difference in population density between here and the Netherlands.

Yup. small country. Buildings everywhere. Overpopulated is more like it. Fortunately, Limburg is still pretty rural.
