So now that we are nearing the 90 day limit for some people, has anyone successfully returned their copy and received their refund?

Good question. I sacrificed my Refund in order to do a public unboxing, but I was confident I wouldn't need to, thanks to deadgamer and Cosmic Tavern's videos (in short, I could have done so, since I wasn't the first to unbox).

Anybody else?

Now some people (not sure about any from this forum) actually got broken or missing miniatures, and whether they opened or not, Hasbro ought to give them a replacement or refund. Anybody have that situation here?

My miniatures weren't "broken" as much as malformed. A few of the skeleton's scithes were bent. A few of the Chaos (now Dread) warrior's had the white stress color on their maces, suggesting that they might break off soon.

Did the boiling water trick fix any of those issues? Because lots of us had those, I'm talking pieces actually broken off (or not glued at all, missing). I have a stress fracture (or glue mark) on my Dwarves' axes. Possibly it got "Stretched" in the process of being glued and then inserted into the vacuum styrene tray (during the drying process).

Finally updated the main Post with some details known about the retail versions.

Reminder to folks who haven't opened their boxes yet... if you got your pledge box on Nov 4th, your 90 days would be up on Feb 2nd (allow shipping time). If anyone has had to return their product because of defects and gotten a refund or replacement, please let us know! We're curious to hear how Hasbro's customer server is handling those requests.

Post on reddit (a site I don't frequent) about pre-orders by country. How accurate is it? I'm not sure, but see for yourself...

I'm curious to see what countries actually will get the retail versions now that we are past the Pledge drive orders being shipped.

I WAS WRONG. The Four "Pulse Bonus" (gender swapped) heroes will NOT be available in retail, according to the Hasbro customer service rep I spoke with on the phone 1/21/22. He has no idea if or when they will ever be able from any retail source, sorry.

No idea if the Barbarian Quest Pack remake will include the same or a different version of the female Barbarian. But apparently the "pulse bonuses" were meant to be lumped in with the "limited time exclusives" on the pledge drive, unfortunately.
