I finally broke down and printed out full page (8.5x11 in) versions of the ADK sheets and I agree, they are excellent. Yes, they prompt you to write out the titles of the quests you've completed and they don't have a dedicated space for attack/defend dice (you probably don't need anywhere near that much room for mind points). But they're far less cramped and much easier to re-use from quest to quest than the standard size sheets (or the slightly larger remake sheets). I have five of them stapled together for each campaign we're doing right now (could be 10 sheets I suppose, if all official heroes were used).

I've made up an A5 size sheet that's laminated and has a display of a figure with space shown so user can fill in what he is carrying on each carry slot, (arms, legs, torso, back and belt) which he uses a dry wipe pen during game to change the things we alter most in the game, like Bps MPs and what weapon is equipped. I use the large ADK sheets to record everything else for the characters, potions, scrolls, owned equipment (which is different to carried as they own more than they carry) and such. Space is limited on my table so wanted to not have all four characters to have Thier A4 sheets on table all the time.

Shouldn't BP and MP be on the laminated one since those change constantly throughout the game?

YouTube channel La Guarida de Morcar has published a new video revealing lots of leaks about next releases of HeroQuest products:

https://youtu.be/wwWmG58pTmE?si=uhsfceX6-LP2TB8g

The video is in Spanish, so I have summarized the most relevant leaks in the following two new threads:

- JUNGLES OF DELTHRAK expansion topic thread.

- WIZARDS OF ZARGON expansion topic thread.

Additionally, the video also leaks the following highlights:

- Crypt of Perpetual Darkness retail version will be released at Q3 of 2024

- A pack with (I guess) female heroes from Mythic Tier adn maybe other extras will be released also at the end of 2024

- There are plans to release a revised version of the Basic Game in 2025, maybe including new stuff or quests (Dark Company??)

- This revised version is not confirmed for other languages than English

Yep, re-read it and missed that.

Could it all be coming to an end soon? Hope not. But here's the beginning of my take on the Hasbro layoffs impacting Avalon Hill.

Sorry for anyone who is losing employment or their career over this. We were and still are rooting for you guys who treated us right this whole time. |_P

As you may know, I have been using the companion app to play the quests in order, and halfway through RotWL I noticed something. Perhaps others have noticed this already, but I noticed the remake board is different from the original. The old boot in the bottom corridor is missing as well as the scrap of parchment on the south end of the middle room. I also noticed some various pieces of rubble in different places.

I am surprised I only noticed now. Maybe Hasbro had to change the board just enough so it was different from the original for some reason.

Probably yes. Although how it would have saved them from the scrutiny of GW when they are using the identical classic layout of rooms is anyone's guess.
If they were that bothered you would think they would have changed the map slightly to get around that.
If GW were to complain, I don't think AH would have a case as the map design is identical.
