I want to have a fimir which is the equivalent of a snotling. But I have no idea where to start?

So buy some gnoblars and use them for boglars?

I was thinking along the lines of just chopping a fimirs head off and using it for a mold maybe. But gnoblers as boglars is much better. I always thought there must be some sort of 'helper monsters' doing all the menial jobs in the hive.
