Hasbro Pulse's refund policy is 90 days UNOPENED (which does you no good here, but you still have the moral right to request a refund)--- here with damage, yes, you definitely want to send the damage pictures to the seller and demand replacement of the damaged pieces. Also, welcome to the forums!

14 meaningful posts and you can post here, but the key is sending the pic to Amazon, Gamestop or Hasbro whomever you ordered it from. If it was from a third party seller, go through the usual process if you were sent a defective item. Full refund or replacement I would say, is your right. Just gotta be assertive. You don't need image hosting to do that, just attach the image to the email you send them. Companies (and sellers) don't care only about money but also reputation and their reputation is damaged if they become known for selling off damaged product and NOT solving those issues for their customers.

Several people have reported damage at the factory, so that's a product defect, not your fault (maybe not even the seller's fault) but still entitles to a partial refund or replacement. As for minis, you're out of luck there, because you're either going to be buying replacements from other product lines (like Reaper) and settling for that, or buying super expensive scalped pieces. If you went that route you'd be better off waiting for your local retailer to have another set (which is a shame to pay full price for 1-2 damaged minis). Even if a little damage like that doesn't impede the gameplay... the seller ought to remedy your situation.

If you had to, you could use Vellajo plastic (Acrylic) putty or "Green Stuff" to fashion a new hand for the Orc (and be gentle with it from here on), available at most hobby stores. I think the hand in many cases was a separate piece and was glued at the factory, so if it were me and I found the piece in the packaging somewhere, I'd just glue it myself with super glue and call it a day, but if the piece is not there at all? Then it's time to contact the seller and if necessary escalate the situation to their customer service/manager.

The hands are not missing. If you look on the backside you will see their hand in a fist. What’s on the front is a gauntlet/bracer that goes up past the knuckles.

I’m still waiting for them to ship me a missing treasure chest.

EDIT:I do agree the design choice is confusing as I thought my orcs were missing hands at first as well.
