Try mine... (classic sheets). If you want them bigger you can always print them on larger paper I suppose.

I ordered the Battlefoam set for all mythic tier minis (separate ones that fit in the individual boxes): https://us.battlefoam.com/hero-quest-ga ... kXEALw_wcB

I've never gotten these before, was wondering if they would put out one for something as small as the Knight expansion? Have they done that in the past with other products with hero expansions... like I don't play Descent but have seen the hero expansions in stores...

Cool idea but wow, $100 worth of foam to fill up the boxes. You can get the foam yourself for like $20 at most from a craft/hobby store, and then cut it yourself.

It's actually "on sale" so when you add it to your cart it's like $68, but still, yeah, I get it.

Since stopping playing D&D and selling all my stuff for it (a couple grand worth built up over the years), I have some money to throw at this kind of crap for my new HeroQuest obsession tho, lol.

Yeah, the $20 foam on sale (JoAnn Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, etc) is probably even cheaper. I get it if you want that exact product right now, pay whatever they are asking. But if you want pretty much the same thing yourself with a little patience you can save a bundle.

This is the same reason I buy acrylic paints from walmart or other retail stores instead of army painter type stuff from elite game shops.

except my efforts come out sloppy

I got the foam inserts. They will look nice and clean in my boxes.

Ah, that's the thing. I don't care if it looks sloppy in the box... the point there is just to store it while sufficiently protecting the game components until I can get them out to play with. I don't care about the butler drill sergeant inspecting them and giving his thumbs up for how neat it looks packed away underneath the lid (or else angrily turning it upside down and shaking it all over the floor because it wasn't up to snuff).

Playing HeroQuest with my nephews was fun today...but I learned something. They gonna want bigger character sheets; they're kids, so they write big. The new character sheets are already bigger than the old ones, but we're thinking we may print a few copies of the Adventure Design Kit character sheets for them.

Though I may also try my hand at a makeshift template.
