Thanks for your kind words [I think^^] . The Swedish version was on ebay along with a Return of the Witch Lord expansion. Poor fella had it listed as Hero Guest so it failed to be on some people's saved searches. Was only a few euros too, shipping included. I was the first and sole bidder on that one.

in my humble opinion, the toughest items to find are the AtoH and ADQ puzzles. The Brazilian magazines are also hard to obtain, as you won't find them on ebay. You might spot a few on mercadolivre, but you must have a South American address in order to make purchases - or you must have a friend buy them for you and send them over.

I have everything except dark company and the advanced heroquest. I have the figures for Frozen Horror/Mage in the Mirror but lack the original quest books.

I do not own the basic UK game first version or the first UK edition rulebook with the maze(edit: I Do now!), the puzzles (edit: I have 2 of 3 that I've seen!), or any of the magazines or sticker book(edit: I now own all of that), but I still consider my collection complete as I have all of the actual games.

If they just hadn't changed Les Edwards' art from EU to NA versions...
I hate that retarded idea.
Everything else is better in the American versions, but they had to botch up the art...

I guess they had to change the box art because of the different format of the booklet. The EU version has a squared image on the questbook cover, while the NA version has an horizontal picture that is wider than the original.
So they have to add additional parts on the sides and since they (obviously) could not match the same identical style of the original art, they repainted it to fulfill the whole size of the page.
