I just drop a ruler on and draw a line with a sharp pencil. Nothing to it. It is 10mm underfloor insulation sheet ... £4:20 a sheet and a couple of sheets would build you a huge dungeon. Got mine here:

Easiest stuff to work with ... and cheap as chips .... can't believe I have put this off for so long.

Thanks. Sounds suspiciously too easy! I guess it holds up to wear and tear okay once painted though? I've been using cork but it crumbles and doesn't look right in many places.

These look really nice Harry. Well done and I look forward to seeing the whole thing when it's done.

Yes ... I tried with cork. Scrapped it after one failed tile ... I could see it was going nowhere near where I wanted to go.
So if you want a pack of cork tiles .... I'm your man. :D

The blue foam is remarkably robust ... it's only flaw is it is very light weight. So either you need to be placing it on a grippy surface so it does not move about or mounting it on some MDF so it has a bit more weight to it.

Next up .....

I had another Scotia Grendel bit that looked like this:

Image

I thought it might be cool to head down into the sewers for a for a bit .... sort of "corridor" you might find behind aa secret door? Or forced into the sewer as an escape route???

So I made these bits:

So I could build this:

Then I remembered this and thought that this would be a great place to 're-surface' again:

So I built this:

and ended up with this:

Here it is with a top on:

Sorry if I missed it, but what material are you using and where do you get it?
