Higher quality would be nice, especially for reading the beige colored "story" pages (the font script makes it a little hard to read sections of it), but that's a pretty great rundown. We've already seen the cards, and the spoilerific pages of the quest maps have been posted elsewhere for those who wish to be completely spoiled (Zargon's eyes only!).

Now to wait for LUCCA... ! Happy Halloween!

Since I promised the Gen Con staff at the Avalon Hill event that I wouldn't spoil any of the books early, I can't share those few pics I have. Mostly doesn't matter, as the SeerScale Lineage page is already legible enough to read. The only other spoiler page I have a pic of is one of the Quests, but folks who want to know that can buy the game in January. Too bad I have nothing of the beige pages. What about some dragon pictures? Not a spoiler, but here ya go.

Looks like he was trying to cover it up with his hand, but I see Unthreatened Movement...

So clarifications are in the book. I see that the cardboard monsters are explained as falling into the categories of green, white, or gray monsters (to explain what to do when Zargon runs out of monsters but isn't use the plastic ones).

Monsters with Zero Mind Points... (are undead? are immune to spells that act upon mind points? are killed by holy water? probably...)

Selling Excess items at half price back to the armory between quests is explained here.

So is passing items (so long as neither of you is adjacent to a monster).

Dividing up large treasure rewards to avoid player conflict.

Large Monsters (able to hit diagonally all 10 squares around them).

Multi-stage monsters and Arena rules also appear.

Its too bad we are not getting the white movement dice with red pips, and the bone-colored combat dice. I liked the look of them, but I only saw pictures of them here, and not in person.

Were there any pictures showing what appeared to be some sort of dice rolling box? I saw earlier pictures of something like that earlier, and we were wondering if that is what it was. Maybe its for storing the cardboard minis?

Actually yes, I am behind on cross-posting these images here... while he didn't talk about it directly that I recall, the video itself shows there are two cardboard inner boxes that could be used for dice rolling. So unless this demo is wildly different from the finished product (doubt it, other than the cover graphics and dice colors), there will be some cardboard we can use.

They've included little hollows within the candy trays of expansion boxes before that are ostensibly for storing punched tiles and that's surely what this is for as well (the plastic minis meanwhile snap into the small candy tray included). He piles up the plastic bases in them naturally enough. However as with the original HQ, those inner boxes work fine for dice rolling too!

Nowhere near as large and luxurious as the Fanroll one, but still, serves the same basic function if you wish it to. Otherwise it's just to store the assets (though with tiles I tend to like to put mine in bags as otherwise they bounce around all over the inside of the box if you transport it).

More... we've seen these before, but note the "boot tile" on the main hex-fold board.

Blank maps. Undetectable traps are included. Note the new icons used... Mark of Zargon, Eye of Mentor, Gratings (all assets that appeared in the 2021/2022 GS of course).

If there was any doubt, this set confirms nothing is "missing" in terms of assets (except some of the extra Orc and Goblin designs). All game cards accounted for, but the only new card is the Dragon (the more detailed double sided Reference cards replace the older Turn cards that said "HeroQuest" on the back). 4 cardboard rats (no cardboard skulls though... talking about the ones you would have used to decorate the furniture).
