Oh man, what I wouldn't give to have the 3m goal switched with the 4m goal.

On a side note, I've been scratching my head about the abomination. Where does it fit in? To me it looks like a fish person, also it must be genderless since the extra ones aren't female. Sure, maybe fish people could be encountered in the core game in some custom scenario, but isn't KK a mountain? Where's the abomination habitat? If they're living in the mountains, wouldn't they shrivel up and die?

Very valid questions don't appear to have been asked during their creation....

The abomination is the firmir, how can I put his delicately....

In old GW law that they dropped which is understandable. Firmirs were creatures that lived in the water, that reproduced by coming out of the water and forcibly mating with human women who bore their offspring. You can see why they did away with them and explains the thought behind this model.

Please take my money! Why won't you take my money?
Hasbro has less than 8 days to figure out how to ship to the rest of the world.
If not... I have no problem finding another company to pour money at.

Achtually... :ugeek:
The fimirs are swamp dwelling creatures, so it's totally sensible to replace them with "fishmen".
Blame the original creators for placing these creatures in the mountains in the first place.

I suppose Fishmen make more sense in the mountains than Fimirs do. There are no swamps under the mountains, but there are underground lakes and rivers.

Ok, thanks for the GW lesson.

I'm not very familiar with GW lore, I always assumed fimir were closer to lizards and would be suited to dry and arid climates.

I don't see any problem with the lore, don't understand why they dropped it or changed it. It's made up people, none of it is real! If you don't like it or are too sensitive, then don't read/play/look at it. That's why we have a rating system for things!

There products were mostly aimed at teenagers in this time rather than the 40 year olds they have now become, so including fish rape was probably considered inappropriate.

Ah, well, now that it's more aimed at us middle aged guys who play with too many toys, they should bring it back.

They replaced them with the Abominations because the Fimir belong to Games Workshop, who aren't involved with this edition of HeroQuest.

Speaking of too many toys....
That Darkest Dungeon does look cool, I've looked through the campaign page quite a few times.
I would like to have that one, but after checking out the minis I thought there's no way my wife will like this one!
... and there's the fact that I'm not sure I'll ever have time for it between HeroQuest, Descent 1st Ed, Gloomhaven and everything else.
