Online quest?

It appears that ROTWL is the only quest pack to not have ‘official’ additional online content so far. Anyone know why? Heard anything?

Even though "The Forsaken Tunnels of Xor Xel" is supposed to be a prequel to Kellar's Keep, it features a lot of undead monsters (making it much easier to play if you have ROTWL with the extra parchment colored pieces) so maybe that's the one.
These two packs were kind of released at the same time (even though in retail KK lagged behind the ROTWL release for some reason).
Clearly Rogar's Hall was meant as a promo quest for the Haslab Pledge edition... So then is New Beginnings the promo for the retail releases as a whole? Clearly Into the Northlands was for the Frozen Horror.
Then again no special quests were released for the Knight or Rogue (they are interchangeable with other heroes). Who knows....
