The Last Gate (quest 9)

My group went the route of the Doomguard. Then then came down and found the stairway, decided not to leave and explore the rest of the board. They found Kessandria by entering through her secret door.
I got one slept and then ran around the board the other way via the Doomguard. Almost made it out. Never got to cast cloud of chaos or fear, but I did get lightning bolt off on 3 of them. Can't do much when they use a potion of strength and heroic brew the first round (made me run) and then magic throwing dagger. I even gave her one extra hp (4 hp).

Let me tell you, they give you 6 defend dice, and I never roll any black shields on them unless I'm rolling two for a skeleton. My skeletons are tough lol. Looking forward to the Witch Lord next quest!
