A solution could be having new expansions as a flat rate for all materials needed. A set price for downloadable and a little higher for printed. At least people won't have to make multiple purchases.

Not really. The best I could do was partner up with them to provide a bundle of tiles at a discount, but they don't provide a print on demand service for their own products. You'll either have to print it yourself or find a print shop that can do it.

However, in related news, I have been able to make it possible to get printed tokens! DriveThruRPG doesn't have the machinery or processes to provide this, but The Game Crafter does.

I think they look gorgeous, and you definitely get what you pay for, super high quality.

If you want tiles printed in a nice thickness, like the HQ room tiles from BQP or EQP go with print play games. They do excellent with that and they're quick.

For full size maps try HalfPriceBanners vinyl posters. Can get any size you like.
