Love it! How did you do the plate? 3d printer? Because it so much looks like the original!

I found an old tub of ready mixed artex in my shed, what you use for texturing ceilings. So i used some of that and swirled it around and played with it until i was happy with it.

It's amazing how regular building materials can be used for crafts. I use joint compound or wood putty to make stone bases.

That Chaos Pit is amazing! I like your Ogres too.

The lava in the pit is so realistic!

Love that Pit of Chaos! A huge improvement over the cardboard tile, actually! :)

I have been working on more custom piecies for the Heroquest expansion packs. Here i have made a Forge for using in the Kellars Keep quest ‘Dwarven Forge’.
For the forge, i wanted to integrate a flickering led light to get the effect of glowing coals. I saved the flickering tea lights my kids had in their halloween pumpkins. Its hard to get the effect from a photo but i do like the result.

The original cardboard tile for comparison.

That is not the original tile... it is my remake, with no grid lines:
Chaos Pit / Stone Bridge (remake from Ogre Horde)
;)
Anyway, really great job with your stuff!

I realized right now that I used the cheap original version for my reprint! Thanks for your version Lestodante; it's better.
My daughter was covering the hell hole with the carpet tile, by the way.
