Ok, I don't know how much you paid for it, but it may have been a great bargain, given that some rare figures are in there.
The 4 blue wizards are rare figures and the come in the expansion pack "wizards of morcar". You shouldn't sell them less than $15 each.
The 3 blue and 4 reds fat guys are the ogre figures from the expansion pack "against the ogre horde". The should sell for around $60-70 total.
The green figures are from the original game but you have double quantities on each type. Probably the owner bought the expansion pack "kellar's keep" and got the extra figures from there. (8 orcs, 6 goblin, 3 fimir).
The white figures are the undead and you have triple quantities of each type because the owner had bought the expansion pack "return of the witch lord" which has 8 skeletons, 4 zombies, 4 mummies. The original game only had 4 skeletons, 2 zombies, 2 mummies.
The grey figures are just what the original game is supposed to have.
You seem to be missing only the original 4 heroes of the game.
Now, what I would suggest. Keep the rare figures (the wizards and ogres) because if you get deep into the game, you will want to have them eventually. If you don't like heroquest and get bored with it, you can sell them at any point.
From the double and triple figures, you could sell some, but to be honest I don't think you'll get that much cash. Personally, I'd buy those for figures for $1 each, or less. If you get a bunch of 8 orcs, 6 goblins, 3 fimir, 8 skeletons, 4 zombies, 4 mummies and sell them on ebay, I estimate you'd get around $35-40.
On the other hand, you can keep them and play the extra quests of the expansion pack, which sometimes have a lot of one type of monster on the board and you don't want to run out.
For the figures you need, the 4 heroes, you should be prepared to spend around $20 for the 4 of them, maybe less if you find a good deal.
The dice you can search for on ebay, can't be sure for the price but I guess you can have 4 skull dice for about $10.
The hero sheet are worthless, so don't even bother with them. Just write your progress on a piece of paper.
The rulebook and questbook are not that important, give that you can download them from this here site, and print them out yourself.
Finally, the cards can also be downloaded and printed out, but it's hard to make the of use without using the proper kind of paper or cardboard.
It would be easier to get them off ebay, for around $15 or so? I"m not so sure about that, maybe you can get a whole set cheaper.
