Yes but remember that those Mythic books only refer to them as "doors" in the general rules of the quest pack, they do not say they are "iron" or "wooden" special doors like in KK or ROTWL, so POT & SQT designers assumed you will not run out of regular doors to use them in the board edges.

The opposite is CoPD questbook, where it is explicitly said that you need components from KK and ROTWL to play such pack, which of course includes the Iron and Wooden Doors included in those boxes (Another reason why probably CoPD will be never released for retail following the same configuration as PoT and SQT retail packs).

Good point, all owners of CoPD (except maybe those who bought Mythic on the aftermarket incomplete) would have access to the assets from KK/ROTWL, but it can't be assumed that owners of the retail versions of SQT/PoT would. I don't think it actually says you need KK/ROTWL to play COPD... when it calls for assets that are found in those I would simply expect it to include those cards as references like the others in a future (but unlikely) retail release.

We were thinking with the idea of the Wandering Monk hero having 1 attack die for unarmed but then getting an automatic +1 bonus (meaning it's really 2 attack, which resets when he grabs any weapon to attack with) and how that might clarify the intention of the Orc Bard, that maybe he really is meant to have 3 defend dice without any armor of any kind (and 4 total if wearing bracers). The +1 would seem to be automatic. The January 2022 retail ("slim box" with the clear plastic covers and less "tight" candy trays) Game System revised the Helmet card to say it was "metal" (and also that the Hand Axe may not be used by the Wizard) exactly like those cards included in Rise of the Dread Moon.

Similarly, the Potion cards in Prophecy of Telor and Spirit Queen's Torment (Nov 15, 2023) retail versions, match their worded equivalents in Rise of the Dread Moon.

No Spear card is included in the retail Spirit Queen's Torment but we don't know if the quest book has been revised to either explain the stats of the Spear or change it to a different weapon (perhaps a Staff or Longsword, we have no idea yet).

Perhaps an intentional change more than an errata, but the new artwork on the "Wand" equipment for use by the Warlock in the retail Prophecy of Telor uses the same artwork as the Wizard's "Wand of Magic" artifact (losing the old original artwork of the crystal shard looking weapon). The price was raised to 200 gold coins (from 125 in the original).

Also Spell Scrolls which previously did not include the text "May be used by any hero" on them now have that text in these two packs (such text appeared on the original NA versions of the spell scroll artifacts, but was missing from the remake versions until now, leading some to speculate they were intended only for heroes that normally started with spells).

As SQT & PoT come to release, can we make sure we keep the current errata history intact? I ask, as there will be those who will have the originals, and it would be highly useful to keep it as is here, and perhaps create some notes as to versions.

Like all the mythic quest packs were under F3649 in the upper right hand corner. If there is new errata needed, I'd suggest a new heading or even a new thread with the F# release of the book to help preserve this information.

I was looking through Prophecy of Telor from the Mythic Tier, the quest booklets need a little work as doors are missing in some quests, quest not letters not appearing on the map (Melar Unleased note F). I also noticed a Potion of Magic on the first page of the Quest Book:
Potion of Restoration (1BP/1MP): 500 Gold
Potion of Healing (2BP): 200 Gold
Potion of Magic (Regain 3 spells): 400 Gold

First off Mind Points are rarely endangered, so it seems a little absurd for 300 Gold to be the difference between a Mind and Body Points. They're insinuating that a body point is worth 100gold and a Mind Point is worth 400gold.

Thankfully, though, Potions of Restoration are cheaper in Mage of the Mirror.
But the perplexing part comes in the Potion of Magic, which is worth 400 gold? Yet a Potion of Recall is also 400 gold. Clearly the quest makers of Prophecy of Telor and Mage of the Mirror weren't in sync with each other... Obviously MotM came out nearly 30 years prior, but you'd think the present day writers would take these things into account.

When Prophecy of Telor was created, they didn't yet have a remake version of Mage of the Mirror (it being years away, and dependent upon the sales of Frozen Horror we presume, though I suppose they could have had them both in the works at the same time once they knew it would be a success.. the tweaks and fixes to MOTM being done fairly late as FH was just a straight up conversion with the fixes appearing in "into the northlands" in digital format after the fact), and as before we can't assume that the GM of PoT campaign would be allowing the alchemist shops from future expansions to be used by his heroes in those sessions. I get what you're saying though. Maybe he just wanted MP to be harder to get back in this one? But the Potion of "smaller" Restoration IS cheaper in Rise of the Dread Moon (300 vs. 500 in the original Mythic version). As we've seen other examples of the ROTDM revisions appearing in PoT/SQT I think they probably will substitute this one as well... (look at the Potions in the Alchemy deck of ROTDM expansion).

I vote also to keep the errata history. It would only apply to those who bought the Mythic set (or later found them on the aftermarket) but we can see how the set has progressed (and what bits they might miss).

As for the "doors" thing for COPD, I don't see that as an obstacle to its release, you just could tweak that section and include any assets that are truly found only in KK/ROTWL (and not the remake GS) and include them in such a pack.

Another thing to realize is that unlike MOTM and Frozen Horror (which specifically invite you to use other Alchemist Shops between quest from other expansions you own if you want to), Prophecy of Telor and Spirit Queen's Torment do not do this. I would assume the potions they offer for sale there are the only ones you're intended to be able to buy. Zargon can do what he likes, so I see it as he's just creating problems and then complaining about them at that point if he thinks the prices of potions in other packs are wrong.

Rise of the Dread Moon got around this by restricting the player to only buy what's in the Underground Market. So no importing Mercenaries from Frozen Horror or other Alchemist Shops (to be fair, the ROTDM Alchemy deck included everything from all of the other packs INCLUDING the mythic ones) with the exception of the [Elven] Speed (aka "Celerity" which you can't buy, AND the Potion of Magic which also must be "crafted") and Holy Water (which is in the Game System Armory now, technically). Despite the tease on Doug Hopkins' early designer blog on the expansion, the only potion that actually changed price was in fact the Potion of Restoration and so I'd expect to see that in PoT even though the new card's gold value is covered up on the official photos (if somebody got a glimpse of it at Spiel 23, please let us know!). I assume the version they saw is the final one that will be shipped out next month.

Even the companion app betrayed AH's intentions, by not allowing the Alchemy stuff (or new mercs) from ROTDM in the earlier quests and expansions (while the MOTM Elf Spells can be used in any adventure the Elf appears; FH mercenaries can only be hired in the FH and MOTM group quests). They can't stop you from mixing and matching, but it doesn't seem they intended you to in those other cases.

From page 1 of this thread:

The Crypt of Perpetual Darkness questbook:
- Page 7: The sentence "... potions of speed are described in the HeroQuest Game System armory" should had been written as "... potions of speed are described in the Alchemist's Shop".

There is no Alchemist Shop in the Game System. I know the other potions are sold in the Alchemist's Shop, but the "Holy Water" and "Potion of Speed" are simply Equipment cards loose in the GS box (whether in the mythic set or retail) and so you could say they are part of the "Armory" (which is just an Equipment deck) so not strictly an error here.

An alternate change though could be to ADD a "Potion of Speed" card (identical to the GS version) to the Alchemist's Shop of CoPD (even if they are still saying it won't get a retail re-release). But as written it's not incorrect.

Also from page 1:
Bracers: It is not indicated in the card if Bracers can be combined with other armours like Chain Mail, but fortunatelly Hasbro confirmed it through its official 'Zargon' Twitter account (see twits here and here) that Bracers can't be combined with other armor, but can only be combined with Shield and Helmet. Unfortunatelly 'Zargon' did not say anything about combining it with the Wizard's Cloak, so an official confirmation from Hasbro about it would be appreciated.

I don't have the link with a direct quote ready to hand, but I believe this was finally confirmed by AH when Rise of the Dread Moon came out, that Wizard's Cloak doesn't fit into the category of "Armor" so it can be combined with bracers in the case of the Wizard or Warlock heroes. Also Helmets are classified as "metal armor" since the revision in the Jan 2022 Game System (slim box) as well as the extra cards included in the Rise of the Dread Moon expansion (alongside the Handaxe in both sets revised tot say it can't be used by Wizard, which means it can't be used by the Warlock either).

The decisions taken by Hasbro about the potions price I think is one of the worst things they have done. It is true that classic Potion of Restoration price was a bit expensive, however they assumed it as correct when they released remake's KK and ROTWL so including new potions too cheap I see is a big mistake. Probably they missed to define a clear strategy since the beginning about the gold prices and the result is the mess we know today.

Nevertheless, I suggested in the first post of this thread the following homebrew changes for PoT new potions to fit with the classic prices of potions, including the Potion of Restoration one:

    PoT questbook:
    - Page 2: Potion of Healing cost of 200 gold coins apparently looks too cheap compared with the gold price of potions from Mage of the Mirror expansion Alchemist's Shop. - HispaZargon suggested on this post that Potion of Healing price should had been 350 gold coins instead of 200.
    - Page 2: Potion of Magic cost of 400 gold coins apparently looks too cheap compared with the gold price of potions from Mage of the Mirror expansion Alchemist's Shop. - HispaZargon suggested on this post that Potion of Magic price should had been 450 gold coins instead of 400 AND the potion's power should be limited to regain just one spell, instead of three.

I calculated these prices considering the official prices of every known classic potion.

Don't worry, this thread will keep traceability of the errata contained in all released versions.

If you check the first post of this thread you may see there that the errata are shorted by 'box', so the errata found in retail versions of PoT and SQT will have their own subsection, different than the Mythic Tier box section.

And yes, I will include the "F-" code when necesary (I already did it with Spanish questbooks errata, since exist differente references already).

Rise of the Dread Moon Quest Book, page 9 under Disguises:
Note: For the purposes of disguises, artifacts are treated as the item they represent. For example, Borin's Armor counts as plate mail and is prohibited, but a Wizard's Cloak is not armor, and may be used when a hero is disguised.
