Simples, just use AHQ skull tokens. I bought AHQ just to bring some of those components into the game.

I was preaching the virtues of HQR for about a year before you joined the Inn, so that might be my fault. :zombie:

I dont think body points are the issue, for me the issue is only a 1 in 6 chance to defend and attack if your morcar / zargon. Statistically for every 1 dice a hero throws in attack, Morcar would need 3 dice to defend against it so the stats dont add up. At the start of the game the barbarian attacks with 3 dice so each monster would need 9 dice in defense to stand a fighting chance.
The only way around it maybe would be to say skulls for attack (for morcar and heroes), white shields for defense (for morcar and heroes), and if you get a black shield its a bonus, so if you get a black shield while attacking it counts as 2 skulls, while if u get one defending it counts as 2 white shields.
I think if people applied these rules the game would work a hell of a lot better.

Please, try the American monster stats once. They are really convincing.

Then, in addition, give the boss monsters white shield in defense. That really makes them special.

This!
Bosses Defending on White Shields (or for stronger all shields) really makes the Boss fight hard and makes the Heroes work for it.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

I do actually use the American monster cards for some monsters, basically I use the strongest card whether it's UK or American, The chaos warrior and gargoyles are stronger in the american version.
