The rulebook states that Dwarf can disarm traps "automatically". Does this mean, that he doesn't have to roll the dice to succeed?

In the European edition, it is automatic. The Dwarf need only be adjacent to the trapped square. In the North American edition the Dwarf player must announce that they are attempting to disarm the trap before moving onto the square, then roll anything but a Black Shield on one Combat Die. Rolling a Black Shield results in springing the trap.

Yep.
You have to fix it yourself : dwarf may not roll a black shield; other players a skull.

When dwarf finds a trap, does he or she ned to roll a dice, or is it disarmed at the same time that it's found? :dwarf:
