You could also add the case that killing the ONE monster in the room that swiped the swag will allow you to loot that swag right the hell BACK. He has to be carrying it!!

There's also a houserule we have called "The DrunkenMonkey Rule". When someone's char has become drunk, they gain an attack die from randumb flailing of their attax but LOSE one defence due to poor reflexes.
