Brushing dust of this one. I presented it on Old Scratch`s some years ago.
Its an easy system that minimize the use of pencil and paper.
It keeps track of body, mind, movement, attack and defense points. Takes a minimum of place and its easy for every player to see.
Treasure and other stuff still need to be counted for. Can also be made in foam. Special numbered dice found on Ebay.
Any change in stats, take up the dice, turn it and put down the right value.

Neat idea and a nice aesthetic.

Personally, I'd probably opt for Battleship-style push-pins, like the character cards in the Doom Trooper board game (Mutant Chronicles).

This works!
I have counters for everything. Except gold.

Gold, hand out the cards to the players. Bookkeeping can be done after the game.

I used a Dremel rotary tool with a cutting guide.

Is that a Sicchermann die in the Barbarian and the Dwarf's Body Point slots???
If so, that's cool - Alternatively-numbered d6es are my jam!
