That black shield is a rorschach test for HQ geeks. Evil bunny, walrus . . . now I see an evil cat from the torso up.

Oh geez, yes, there it is. Short ears, heart-shaped nose and very very evil.

Looks like an owl to me.

I like the walrus room. You need a walrus model now. :D
I think the splash of color is good for the dungeon.

Finally my 2 year quest to build a 3d Heroquest board comes to an end (or was it 3 years, not sure).
Here are photos of the final section and all the board put together, hope you all like it.
I'm onto the next fun step of building blocked walls, doors and furniture etc.

Looks awesome. What are the walls made out of? I know you said HirstArts molds but is it something you cast or they pre-made blocks?

Clever way to do the 2 small rooms. It's always a problem with a 3D board. Looks like you just left off the side border mini-tiles so you could shift the full tiles away from the middle wall... smooth!

That looks absolutely brilliant. Well done. What a fantastic board to play on. I can’t wait to see it populated.

With the main board finished, i have been designing some blocked wall pieces. I have more ideas in mind for more.
