Wargames Atlantic Classic Fantasy

Postby Thor-in » Tuesday January 4th, 2022 3:57pm

So I stumbled across a mini-company called Wargames Atlantic and I bought their Giant Spider pack for like $35 and it comes with two different size spiders, 24 spiders in total. The only issue is they don't come with bases. I plan on gluing up one of them tonight and posting a picture. One of the Inn members on Facebook showed me this picture but I can't tell what size base they installed under the mini.

What do you guys this would be a good size?

Excuse the bad images, taking pictures with a cell phone stinks when trying to get a good picture of minis. Here are a few comparison images of the giant spiders from Wargames Atlantic. Definitely not an easy build, with no directions, none of the pieces except for two legs are interlocking, but a nice mini nonetheless. I still have to put the front two pincers on, then the spider will be complete. I ended up using the 40mm base that I bought from Zealot, that seemed to be the best size base for the spider as I was building it.
These minis also came with an option of making them alien-type spiders with blaster rifles. Great feature in my mind but not something I'll be adding to my HQ game :D .
