Where important characters are rendered as larger than the player characters. I know that it's only an artistic decision to add emphasis. I know the Dracula isn't really twice the size of everyone else. The same rule applies for heroquest. And my players are aware of that.

Sauron is a good example for this in the LotR movie. They couldn't just put him into human-sized armor because he wouldn't have been threatening.
A boss miniature the size of a Chaos Warrior might have the same underwhelming effect, so this makes sense.

I rebased some of my models. Those Zombicide Zombie Dwarfs start to look really good... I guess if I have them another couple of times on my painting desk they will start to look great... Will have to do something more about their rusty armory; I am not yet happy with it.

And, oh, did I ever introduce you to my Gargoyles?

A Warhammer Quest Orc before-after

And the Chaos Warlock. Yes. Not to forget. The picture you all waited for. Shall I post him to "Inappropriate models"?

Treasure Chests, alot. I have some open ones from Zealot, I can't remember from where those closed ones come. They're painted "a la masse" as I still have some thirty in front of me. For HQ I only ever need 3-6; but there are other games around, too...

Those look great!

Are you painting the floor on the stone gargoyle to match all the other bases?

Seconded! Your painting is inspirational. I didn't realize there were so many film references in the Zombiecide sets, makes me sad that I haven't gone in on them until the Song of Ice and Fire One, which I can't wait to get my hands on. Gonna mix those in with my Battle Masters Empire figs and have the start to a nice Imperial army.

Love the clear bases! I did my Warhammer Quest set the same way.

I can't remember who was giving me the hint for some good model spiders. But - the hint was awesome!

The Warhammer quest spiders, presented like this, look almost cute. My wife was shocked anyway. :D
