Great album, great paintjobs by Tasos, great hero rules by you.
The only thing nagging on me are the bases.

yeah, the bases are all over the places. stupid reaper figures with a ton of material on the bases. Some figures couldn't withstand 0.1N of force before getting knocked over.
I trimmed some of them, I added some extension to others, but I really couldn't cut them at all and rebase them.

EDIT: if you look carefully you'll see that the barbarian (without the hair) looks exactly like the actor who played Shao-Kahn in the second Mortal Kombat movie.

yes, it's from reaper, no.03468. He originally holds an axe but Sotiris felt that a giant sword would be more appropriate (and he was right).

yes, I pressed them together while removing part of the axe handle. otherwise the sword handle would look huge.

you could have probably have got away with the sword handle looking huge, might have given it a slightly more barbaric appearance anyway.
