Closer to 2.35cm x 2.05cm, and the left and right edges are slightly "curved", which I wouldn't take into account I think. They only make for a 0.3 or 0.5mm stretch...
I don't know if the NA bases have these curves.

Do you mean they taper slightly, so that they are wider at the bottom than at the top?

No, they are straight at the front and back, but slightly curved along the sides where the bases were attached to the sprues.
The tops are flat. But I'd prefer a straight square, much like Slev (I believe) did on his base recasts.

I hope the bases are already part of the figure. I don't like the extra work involved in dressing up a slotted base. I suppose if the figure snapped into the base without addional gap-filling work that would be okay. I'd also prefer a match to the original game bases (EU is okay) so that original figures blended with new ones.
