I think working out a color-code for all the different monsters would be neat.

My ideas for something different:
Dark Elves: slightly pinkish matte white skin, soft pink or purple hair;
Black Orcs: deep black skin with green effects in sunlight;
Chaos Dwarfs: deep black skin, white hair;
Ogres: light blue skin;
Goblins: all skin colors, think Ogres from Gummi Bears;
Skaven: cliché rat fur variants;
Gnolls: Black skin, light to dark gray hair; albino variants;
Skinks: red, yellow, orange, brown, ochre
Saurus: green, blue, black

Of course you should glue the arms!

While the grey/blue skin works pretty well on the modern "Mongolian" GW ogres, I think the more "European" HQ ogres would look best in traditional skin tones.

Ok, here's the first one. Not 100% done yet, still to do the buttons and the small bag in his belt. Maybe even a bit of rust in his weapon.

Why yellow teeth? I sense racism here. These guys live to eat. It only makes sense that they'd have good oral hygiene, otherwise they might wither away.

He looks great as is.

Thanks to all for your comments. I was about to make his teeth yellow but Deadalus convinced me! It's a survival thing, all they do is eat so it is essential to have teeth in good condition. They must use dental floss once in a while.
