Everything resets every couple of months. We're in a new voting period now.

Checking some of the vote totals, I was curious to check out some of the other sites that were racking up new totals quickly. Some have links for voting at RPG Gateway on their homepages--that explains some of the numbers. I had a problem with DnD Online Games, the number one rated site. It moved to RPG Crossing, but it isn't labeled as such at RPG Gateway.

From the RPG Crossing homepage the rating link is easily visible at the top left corner with a Rate Us! button. Careful! Don't hit that link, thinking it will bring you to the RPG Gateway site for a voting choice. It is already set at the 5--Don't Miss! setting. The link automatically votes a 5 for the site if you hit the Rate Us! button before toggling a different rating. Their shady tactics definitely motivate me to correct my unintended vote with a negative rating in the future. Now I know why they are so highly rated.

can you remove the space beneath RPG Gateway Die Roller's 100 and Vote now? make it more compact. And no enter perhaps? I'd like to fit it in with the other small banners.

We've currently climbed to the #12 spot. Congratulations to everybody who has been voting. I wonder if we will make it to the top ten before the voting is reset. Regardless, I think it's just a matter of months before the Inn permanently sort of breaks that mark. We're the only boardgame site competing up there with all those roleplaying sites--a worthy feather in our cap.

I have noticed that two sites, Eternal Wars (#8) and Bloodletting (#11) award points/money in-game to members if they vote for those sites--come on! Voting should strictly apply to the opinion of a site and not be a matter of buying up a more powerful character in a game. Since they're buying votes, I don't feel bad about voting negatively to show my opinion about that practice. They also look - zy...screw 'em.
