Your Wisdom is 11, so you get no modifiers to add to either Insight or Perception, so your Passive Insight and Passive Perception is 10 for both.

If I'm not mistaken, the character sheet you're using is for D&D Essentials. The Essentials sheet doesn't have Passive Insight and Passive perception listed on them. If you wanted to use the sheet that includes them, download the first link 4e sheet here:

Never played 4E, but I know the answer to your question.

The best mindset to have when looking at stats, is that each of your main stats parents kindred stats that are listed below them. Passive uses of these kind skills, such as with Insight and Perception, are toggled on at all times, and have a higher minimum value than when used actively like a player says, "I look at that bag of poo." Passively you would comment that "you see a bag of poo out of the corner of your eye.")

Yeah, when they came out with Essentials, they basically simplified the game quite a bit so newcomers like yourself wouldn't get so overwhelmed by all the complicated parts. It just takes a little getting used to. But anyway, to answer your question, since your sheet doesn't have a space for them just write it down under the Character Notes section. When the DM asks you what your passive perception or passive insight are, you can say what you wrote down. :)

I've been playing 4th edition from 2008-2013, so if you have any more questions I would be happy to answer for you. :) Happy gaming! |_P

Initiative is it so that if the chracters get bigger number they start and if the monsters then they start or invidual turns per character and monster like

monster,character,monster,monster,monster,character,character... ?

Good luck in your game! :)

If I understand you correctly, then yes you're right. Initiative is the order of who goes before who. So for example, if Soppa has an initiative of 14 and monster 1 has initiative of 12 and monster 2 has initiative of 17, then the turns go like this
Monster 2 (17)
Soppa (14)
Monster 1 (12)

You roll 1d20 and add that number to your Initiative modifier, which is 1 as you can see.
