Giant Teraptus

Postby The Admiral » Tuesday February 16th, 2016 10:11am

I wanted to acquire a couple of extra Death Knights for the Heralds of Chaos questpack I'm currently involved with. It was only slightly more expensive to get a whole game of DS rather than buy them individually on e-bay, and I got a whole load of other figures. I have a Teraptus figure from my original DS game and he is the size of normal HQ figures, maybe a fraction smaller, but the new Teraptus I've received is a giant of a man. He towers over my other human HQ figures. Has anyone else got this giant Teraptus?

Mine was the same size as the rest of them. I've never even seen pictures of a larger one.

Sorry, I can't upload pics, but the normal Teraptus is 32mm high, while the giant is 43mm high. He is about the same height and bulk as a bugbear.

There were also two different Manscorpions. I am not aware that others had two versions.

I own both the metal Teraptus and the giant plastic one. At least the base is normal...

But just wait till you get a load of Zagor!

Holy crap! That is giant. When The Admiral said he towers over the Heroes, he wasn't kidding. I figured we were talking a head or two taller, not that he could punt the Dwarf like a small dog.

That is Zagor, not Teraptus. Sorry for being unclear.

I believe this is the tall Teraptus he is talking about:

Yes, that is exactly what I have thanks. I hadn't spotted the manscorpion difference though.
