Nice phpBB MOD

Postby Derfel Link » July 27th, 2010, 5:47 pm

I'm running a small private forum powered by phpBB, as yours is drathe, and found a tiny brilliant MOD which could be funny to have here on Ye Olde Inn.
It's called Dicemod and it gives users the ability to roll die in a topic, having the result displayed in images (of course, I can edit the normal D6 faces with the HeroQuest ones).
The MOD is here, let's hear your thoughts now!
Cheers

I guess so, joec!
Also, drathe, should you need any help on installing MODs, customizing styles or editing Ye Olde Inn phpBB board I'll be glad to help.
I've played with my private board a lot and can give an hand.
Cheers

OK this is a PG rated forum I think.

Normally I don't install MODs that are still in beta, but I'll try it out on a test board later this week to see how well it handles with all the other MODs that are installed on the forum. Sounds like it would be a nice addition to the boards if anyone begins their own play-by-post games.

If AUTOMOD can't install it due to missing finds (caused from all the other MODs already installed), I should be okay with manually installing it. Thanks for the offer. I will keep it in mind should I run into any problems, or require any help in further styling the forum.
