I have some good news (for people who are interested in...)
So, I have finished the modular base tileset for my modular Kellar's Keep
16 rooms
28 corridors
9 junctions
9 3D Columns (for giving more life to the boardgame, like furniture. These are columns in paper, so you print them and paste them. It's easy and very good looking)
3 3D Stairs
12 3D leveled up tile (for making relief on the board and give some strategic places in combat)
Remastered new secret doors
Remastered pit trap
A lot of background tiles for making variety to rooms and corridors (like skull tiles, barrels tiles, books tiles, weapons & shield tiles... etc)

That's all I have finish for now !
Later, I will make special rooms, like the Dwarven Forge and the boulder trap for example.
I will also introduce a poison trap with tiles that can grow each turn.

I will post very quickly some part of the 12 pages printable set... So be aware...

All right, it's laser printed and plastified (except the 3D tiles) !!!
I have begun to make the 3D elements, it's EX-CE-LLENT !! For info, i find the paper model on a site but i have forget the name of the guy who have made the models... I will find them, i swear, he is a genious. But the texture he made are ugly, that's why I have modified them.

I will post soon some pics of the modular board with 3D elements...

OK What software should we use to print these at the correct scale; and how do we do that??

just use a classical picture viewer. All pages are already in the right scale. After plastified the tiles but not the 3D elements.
With a cutter, cut them. Use some wood glue to paste. That's it... I will post a tutorial later. For printing, it's better to go to a copy shop, to print the pages in a laser printer. On 250g paper. It cost 10$ for the 12 pages and the 250g paper.

NEW TILES,
I have found a utility for all the little tiles I have made.
For example,

The stone statues : A Hero or a monster can move them. When he does this, he divid his move by 2. A statue can not be passed. It will also lock a door. It can make a pit trap square to a classic square. It can block projectiles (like arrows)

Rusted Shield : The rusted shield can be taken by any Hero or Monster. When it is used, the user can throw one additional dice for defend, only one time.When the rusted shield is used, the shield turns to dust and is discarded.
