This is a solid 3.5 dice quest for a group with 4 heroes. Best playable with 3 Attack and 4 Defense. :-)

If you want it to be a solo quest, you can take any Hero with 3 or 4 dice, and add one of each Mercenary. It will work with a risk of 16% of dying. That's ok, I mean, which stupid goes alone with four hirelings to empty a fortress? :lol:
A Dwarf with 4 dice equipment and a single Swordsman could try, risking a 50% Chance of dying. That's a risk I would never advise for... but hey, no pain no gain :D add 1 healing potion for this dwarf and it will be ok: The Elf could probably do it just fine with just one Swordsman and 4 dice equipment.

For two heroes, if you want as little mercenaries as possible, take heroes with 4 dice of equipment. That's hard, they have 16% chance of dying again. Add 1 Scout and the die-chance goes to 8%; add a swordsman instead and the die-chance goes to 2%.

Nice Quest! Trapping the heroes inside is a move I think should be shocking in the first moments.
