I'll take room E as it's small and I shouldn't be able to mess it up that much. :-)

First would it be possible to switch the letter marker and the chest? And then could we please trap the chest (Highlight it orange).
If so it should read something like this;
    E. This chest is locked with a very intricate lock andtrapped with a magical trap. If a Hero searches this special room for treasure before the chest is unlocked inform the hero that without a special key the chest is unopenable. If a Hero searches for treasure after the chest is unlocked but before the trap is disarmed, the chest will implode causing the hero to lose 2 Body Points and it's contents will be lost forever. The key found in room G can be used to unlock this chest. Inside the chest is 152 gold coins and the artifact called the Aegis Shield. Its use is explained on the matching Artifact Card.

Aegis Shield
When using this magical shield,
you roll 1 additional combat die in
defense. While rolling defense
dice count all black shields rolled
as white shields. May not be
used with the Battle Axe or the
Staff. May not be used by the
Wizard.

EDIT: See later post for rebalanced artifact card.

Let me know if that seems to OP. :D

Yes, it’s too overpowered. Make it just +1 to defense and add a “one charge per quest” skill. The heroes will still be happy with that.

Can you fill in the already taken letters. Much easier to find out wich letters needs to be filled in and get an insight and the total quest.

I don't think it's too overpowered. It's poverful, that's for sure, but it's also hard to get with this "special" trap. It's very possible to get injured and not get the shield at all.
